If your state allows studnts to take one of each; Skill, Leadership and Occupational (facilithon) competition, they should be able to provide you a list of those students. These kids need their interview times to be tailored so they can participate in all their events without clashing.

Bear in mind that a student can take the test at any time your proctor allows, so only the role-play scheduling is critical.
