Birth of the Pipeline

Created in 2014, The FM Pipeline Team is a group of activated IFMA chapter leaders, members, fellows and 100 State entrepreneurs who worked tirelessly to effectively address the skills gap in facility management. We achieved our goal of a nationally-recognized competitive event through SkillsUSA, who the IFMA Madison chapter created voluntary liaison with in 2010. The FM Pipeline Team’s purpose has changed from creating the event, its marketing and inaugural event in 2014 to formal SkillsUSA national liaison, creation of the annual Facilithon tests and scenarios, along with supporting its national expansion in 2016.

While the FM Pipeline team is important to The Facilithon’s expansion and success, the brand one only need to know is Facilithon.
